About Noni & Gina

We are a mother-daughter duo who has spent the last 10+ years living a gluten-free lifestyle and have helped others in our family enjoy holidays, gatherings and get-togethers. For us, the kitchen and dining table is where we all come together, regardless of the time of year. We talk, we laugh, we sit, and, more importantly, eat. Our family has a generational history of food allergies, Hashimoto’s disease, Celiac, and other dietary restrictions, making this tradition challenging at times. For us, we have always enjoyed the challenge, and our determination has helped us create some of our best treats and dishes. Many of which can be found within this blog. We are excited to share our recipes, tips, and tricks to make gluten-free living a delicious experience.

 Some fun facts:

Noni is the name given to her by the grandkids.

Noni is second-generation San Franciscan; making Gina a third-generation San Franciscan (on her mother’s side & second-generation on her father’s ).

This blog was created as a birthday gift from Gina to Noni. It was a way to preserve all the recipes, conversations, and discoveries over the years. (It also beats rummaging through the paper stuffed binders and trying to read our handwriting every time family and friends ask for a recipe.)

Over the years, we have created charts of allergies, intolerances, and dietary restrictions for holiday planning.

We can’t help ourselves. We always make sure everyone visiting our homes have something they can eat. Some of the best ideas come from those moments.

We love creating delicious things together.
